Terms of service

These terms apply to consumer purchases of Pavia Home home textiles through paviahome.nl. Separate written agreements may apply to professional or wholesale orders; mandatory consumer rights are not reduced by these terms.

Products and orders

Our product pages describe the relevant sizes, colours, set contents, materials and care information. Screen settings may affect colour appearance; this does not excuse goods that fail to match their description. Review your chosen design, size, delivery address and total before placing an order.

We acknowledge your order by email. Acceptance and the applicable order details will be confirmed by us. If an item cannot be supplied or a payment cannot be completed, we will contact you and reimburse any payment for an order we cannot fulfil. An obvious pricing error will be handled in accordance with applicable law; confirmed orders are not subject to arbitrary price changes.

Prices and payment

Consumer prices are displayed in euros including applicable VAT. Any delivery charge and total payable are shown before checkout is completed. Use the payment methods actually offered at checkout. Price changes apply only to future orders.

Delivery

Delivery destinations and the applicable estimate are stated with the offer or at checkout. See Shipping & Delivery. If no different period is agreed, delivery is normally due within 30 days. We remain responsible for the goods until the consumer or their designated recipient receives them, subject to the statutory exception for a carrier independently commissioned by the consumer.

Withdrawal and refunds

Consumers can notify us of withdrawal within 14 days after the day they receive the goods, without a reason, and then have 14 days to send them back. You may inspect normal textiles as you would in a shop; opening their packaging does not automatically remove this right. Handling beyond a necessary inspection may lead to a proportionate deduction for diminished value.

For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct return cost. For withdrawal from the whole order we refund the standard outward delivery cost, excluding upgrades. Refunds are due without undue delay and within 14 days of notification; we may wait for the goods or proof of return, whichever arrives first. Conformity and product care

Goods must meet their description and the quality you may reasonably expect under applicable law. Contact us about a fault or incorrect item; statutory repair, replacement, reduction and refund rights apply. Follow the care label supplied with the product. Damage caused by unsuitable care does not remove rights relating to an original defect.

Send your complaint and order number to info@paviahome.nl, or call +31 6 27900250. We will review it and contact you about a suitable resolution. You retain your right to seek assistance from the competent consumer bodies or courts.

Privacy and website use

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain personal data processing. Use the website lawfully and respect rights in our text, photographs and branding.

Applicable law

Dutch law applies, without removing mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or statutory remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. The terms in effect when your order is placed apply to that order.
