Refund policy

This policy applies to consumer purchases of Pavia Home textiles at paviahome.nl.

Withdraw from your purchase online

Withdraw from your purchase / request a return

You can also withdraw before your order is delivered. Sign in using the email address used for your order and the verification code sent to you. Open the relevant order, select the items and choose the cancellation or return action, then confirm your request. You will receive an email recording your request. We review requests to arrange the return and refund; our approval is not a condition for exercising your statutory withdrawal right. You may still notify us by email or another clear statement.

Your right to withdraw

Consumers may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after the day they receive the goods, without giving a reason. For an order delivered in separate parcels, the period starts after receipt of the last item. If the last day of the withdrawal period falls on a weekend or public holiday, the period extends to the next business day. Notify us of your decision before the deadline by email at info@paviahome.nl or another clear statement. The model form below is optional; you do not need our approval to exercise your right.

Sending items back

Send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us. Return your items to SA Brand House B.V., Chemieweg 257, 1422 DX Uithoorn, The Netherlands. Include your order number so we can identify your return. Contact us if you need practical return instructions; no prior approval is required to exercise your withdrawal rights.

You pay the direct cost of a change-of-mind return. For faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, contact us so we can arrange the appropriate remedy without charge. We recommend keeping proof of posting.

Inspecting textile products

You may unpack and inspect the goods as you would in a shop to assess their nature, characteristics and functioning. Opening ordinary textile packaging does not automatically remove your right to withdraw. Please return all pieces of a set and use the original packaging where reasonably possible.

You may be responsible for a reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods, such as washing, extended use, stains or damage. We do not apply a blanket “unopened only” rule to our standard home textiles. Discounted items have the same statutory withdrawal rights.

Refunds

We reimburse payments without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of your withdrawal. We may wait until the goods arrive back or you provide evidence of dispatch, whichever occurs first. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee.

When you withdraw from the whole order, we also refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered. Additional costs for an upgraded delivery service are not reimbursed. Returning part of an order does not normally entitle you to a refund of the original delivery charge.

Faulty goods and exchanges

Your statutory rights for goods that are faulty or do not match their description remain separate from the cooling-off period. Email your order number and a description of the problem; photos can help. Depending on the circumstances, the remedy may be repair, replacement, a price reduction or refund. An exchange or store credit is optional and does not replace a refund you are legally entitled to.
